We are a semi-private micro salon located in Grant Park specializing in unique lived in & balayage color and trending haircuts based off of your natural curls and texture. Our team is small, but we have someone for all your hair needs! We are all all inclusive salon, charging by the hour for our services. With this we hope to eliminate confusion on what you’re paying for while booking. Our goal is to help everyone feel comfortable and confident at Chrome Rose. Cancellation Policy
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, We require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file. If you cancel/no show within 24 hours a 100% last minute cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
