Cancellation Policy
To continue offering thoughtful scheduling and dedicated time for each client, 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
• Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
